I hold an Accounting degree from The College of New Jersey along with an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. After launching my career in Finance, I discovered early on a love for utilizing technology to improve how we both leverage and make critical business decisions off of data. Fortunately, that love has led me on an exciting journey these past 20 years where I've had the privilege of supporting global Fortune 500 firms in providing hands-on leadership for diverse data initiatives; from enhancing analytical infrastructures, to streamlining operational processes, and commercializing new products. It has even earned me two patents for innovative design and automation.

I'm all about taking cool ideas and making them even bigger with strategic planning, hands-on keyboarding, and teamwork. In my time, I've built and managed cross-functional teams of passionate professionals from across the globe to deliver models and insights for various client segments while generating millions in revenue and cost savings.

Leadership, planning, gaining efficiency, and creative thinking are in my DNA. As a certified Agile/Lean practitioner, I drive continuous improvement for staff, processes, and procedures through optimization and automation and have been able to convert organizational goals into actionable roadmaps that consistently deliver impactful results.

I believe in the power of strong relationships to provide excellent customer service. For me, it's all about understanding an organization's needs inside out. I like to break down any barriers that might get in the way of sharing ideas freely with partners and colleagues. Collaboration is key, and I encourage everyone to work together and think about what is possible.

The chosen name for my firm is intended to reflect two critical aspects: that disparate and siloed data must be brought together in order to deliver a clear vision to stakeholders of business opportunities and risks; and that the best solutions rest on a diverse network of perspectives, skills, and backgrounds. Truly, I find that virtually nothing is impossible when working with people from all walks of life, where everyone can be themselves, and where we all feel empowered to succeed.
